This 3-day course is designed for police chiefs and command/training level officers that are in a position to
address policy development and implementation. It is free for members of the Property & Casualty Trust.
The training will increase the
student’s comprehensive knowledge of use of force issues, conducted electrical
weapons, court cases, training, and use of force related risk management. There
will be a further focus on relevant recent court decisions such as the recent
Fourth Circuit Court’s ruling regarding Taser usage in the Armstrong v/s
Pinehurst Case.
